We hope the children will continue to visit Activate at the Banners Gate Community Hall.
Please note and pass on this message.......
I was approached by a resident who apparently rents a garage from the council, the garages situated in
Reay Nadin Drive between the Smart Day Nursery and the Orthodontics Building.  The Garages have been broken into and tools, etc., have been stolen from them; the padlocks were cut off.
I asked the resident if he had reported it and yet again he stated that same old saying, "IS IT WORTH IT, NOTHING GETS DONE ANYWAY".  I did challenge this remark and told him to report it anyway as telling others may prevent them from becoming a victim.
Anyway folks, please get this around to all our neighbours in order to keep our eyes open.
Please note, the Police Telephone number for non emergency calls is 101.  Just dial 101 for options for West Midlands and other forces. It is now better to phone 101.

The Community Hall

The Activate club has been running for over a year now and is very popular with the local children. At the session just before Easter break time all the children who attended were given a free Easter egg by the staff from Activate Club.
Activate club would like to thank all the volunteers who help with staffing the Club, also I would like to thank the Banners Gate School for their support too.
